Customer Service

Returns

As all orders are personalized, we do not accept returns. If for any reason, there is a mistake on an order, please notify us as soon as possible. If the mistake was made by the customer, there will be additional charges to reprint. If the mistake was made by the company, it will be reprinted for free.

Turnaround Time

Allow two weeks from time of order to receive the order. When proofs are ordered or there are questions on an order, this may add a few additional days to the order. If a rush is needed, please contact us and let us know when it is needed by and we will provide you with the timing and the additional cost.

Exception: Letterpress, Engraved and Envelopments invitations take 4-5 weeks.

Proofs

We provide on-line proofs, but when submitted to our vendors the final product may be slightly different.

If you would like to see an emailed proof from the company that shows the layout exactly, there are additional costs. These prices are available when completing your order.

Re-orders

When placing an order for invitations a good rule of thumb is to take the number of people you are inviting and divide it by 2, then add 25. The reason for this is that in most cases you are inviting couples and they would only get one invitation. Then the additional 25 will account for any singles and those people that are added on last minute. For example, if you are inviting 250 people, you would purchase 150 invitations (250/2 = 125 + 25 = 150). This is not always the case, such as bridal and baby showers, it is in most cases one invitation per person. Knowing your count is the best way to make sure you order enough. If you need to order more invitations, you have to order the minimum and it is treated as a new order

Damages

If anything is damaged when you receive it, please notify us with 5 days to get it replaced. In many cases, the company may send a call tag to take back the damaged product.
